How subscriptions work

Subscriptions are automatically renewed every month on the day you initially started your subscription and the free design (necklace, earring, ring or bracelet of our collections chosen by us randomly) will be automatically added by the shop to every placed order of you, as long as your renewals before were successful.
For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will get one free design of our collections added to every single order placed - no limit existing, without the need to do anything else!

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want after only 3 months. Contact us under marielava@gmx.at with your wish of pausing or cancelling your subscription. The only time when the subscription can't be cancelled is if you just started a subscription, which still requires the first three months of payments before you can cancel it.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.

Can the subscription price change?

No. The subscription price stays the same as the price you initially subscribed to. This price cannot rise.
