Shipping within Austria is free of charge. The delivery time corresponds to 3-8 working days.

Shipment to EU (except Austria) Standard NO Tracking:

Shipping within the European Union, excluding Austria, is free of charge from an order value of 60 €. Under this order value, the shipment is taken over by the buyer himself without a tracking number. This amount corresponds to € 5.85 per order, regardless of its order value. The delivery time is 7-17 working days.

Upgraded Shipment to EU (except Austria) with Tracking:

This shipping method includes a tracking number, that will be sent to the customer right after shipping. The shipment is taken over by the buyer himself. This amount corresponds to € 8,75 per order, regardless of its order value. The delivery time is 5-9 working days.

 

Shipment to Europe (not EU) with Tracking:

(United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Albania, Liechtenstein) 

This shipping method includes a tracking number, that will be sent to the customer right after shipping. The shipment and customs will be taken over by the buyer himself. The amount of shipping cost corresponds to € 8,75 per order, regardless of its order value. The delivery time is 6-10 working days.*

 

Shipment to the US with Tracking:

This shipping method includes a tracking number, that will be sent to the customer right after shipping. The shipment and customs will be taken over by the buyer himself. The delivery time for all USA options is 7-10 working days.

o USA Tracked Standard: (< € 65) The shipping cost corresponds to € 14,95*

o USA Tracked Economic: (> € 65) Eligible for a cheaper shipping cost of € 11,95*

o USA Tracked Free: (> € 140) Eligible for free shipping*

Shipment to America with Tracking:

(Canada, Mexico)

This shipping method includes a tracking number, that will be sent to the customer right after shipping. The shipment and customs will be taken over by the buyer himself. The amount of shipping cost corresponds to €14,85 per order, regardless of its order value. The delivery time is 6-10 working days.*

 

Shipment to Australia with Tracking:

This shipping method includes a tracking number, that will be sent to the customer right after shipping. The shipment and customs will be taken over by the buyer himself. The amount of shipping cost corresponds to €18,65 per order, regardless of its order value. The delivery time is 6-10 working days.*

 

Shipment to the Middle East with Tracking:

(United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Israel)

This shipping method includes a tracking number, that will be sent to the customer right after shipping. The shipment and customs will be taken over by the buyer himself. The amount of shipping cost corresponds to €13,85 per order, regardless of its order value. The delivery time is 6-12 working days.*

*All orders shipping outside of the European Union will be subject to duties & taxes. The payment of custom fees is the buyer´s responsibility and is determined by the customs agency of the destination country. In case of refusing to pay these, the parcel will be returned to us and you will get a refund minus the shipping costs, also minus the fine we have to pay for the "returned to sender" parcel. We can´t be held liable for any delays that occur due to customs or local post offices.
